Setup your Fire Tablet

Unbox Fire Tablet
Un-box and power up Fire tablet.
Follow on-screen instructions to get tablet on Wi-fi.
Create or add an Amazon account and complete tablet setup process.

Update Tablet Settings
Go to Settings
Go to Security & Privacy
Select “Apps From Unknown Sources”
Find “Silk Browser” and then toggle ON “Allow From This Source”
Exit Settings

Download Google Play Files
Open Silk Browser
Go to this page in by typing it in the address bar of the browser:
qubconnect.com/play
Click and Download each of the following files:
For each file you need to scroll down and click on the big red Download button. Click Continue.
Then you will be asked for access to storage. Click Allow. Then click OK on this file may cause harm.
After completing each download hit the back button twice to get back to this page.
Return to the home screen

Install Google Play
From the tablet Home Screen select Files
Select Downloads
Install each in the order above.
To install: Click on the file, Click Continue, Click Install

Restart Fire Tablet
Hold down the power button until the Power options appear on right side of screen.
Select Restart

Setup Google Play
After restarting you will see the Google Play app on your Home Screen
Click on Play Store app to launch.
Sign in to Play Store with a google account or create a new account.
You may need t wait up to 10 minutes for Google Play to update to the latest version before it works correctly.

Install QuB Connect
Install the QuB Connect app from Google Play by:
Launch the Google Play app
Search for QuB Connect in the store.
Click on QuB Connect.
Click Install.
When the install finishes you can return to the Home Screen and now launch the QuB Connect app.
The app will now update automatically as new versions are published.
